Yes. All THOW models — MagicSlide, MagicPod (wheeled) and Magic-Nordic — are built to ANSI A119.5 standard with DOT-approved trailers. Legal to tow on US highways in all 50 states. ANSI certification also makes financing significantly easier.
Production takes 90–120 days at our factory in Yantai, China. Ocean freight to the USA West Coast takes ~18–25 days; Australia ~22–28 days; Canada ~20–30 days. Plan for approximately 5–6 months total from order to move-in.
Yes — all models are fully customisable. Choose exterior colour (any RAL code), interior layout, window size and position, and extended length (most models from 20ft up to 40ft). Contact our team with your requirements for a custom quote.
Yes, completely. We work with international logistics partners who handle ocean freight, export docs, customs clearance and import paperwork. We coordinate last-mile delivery from port to your site too.
Yes, in many US states. The MagicPod (fixed) and MagicNest kit can be placed and permitted as ADUs under California’s AB 68 and similar laws in other states. We provide engineering stamps and PSF load reports for permit applications. See our prefab ADU guide for details.
The MagicSlide and Magic-Nordic are both certified for year-round full-time habitation. The MagicSlide’s expandable design gives more space in the same footprint. For cold climates (Canada, northern US), ask about our polar insulation upgrade.
