To give you the most accurate and useful response, include: the type of structure you need (tiny home, backyard office, glamping pods, ADU, container home), approximate size or quantity, your destination country and state or province, intended use (personal living, rental income, glamping business, backyard office), timeline, and any specific customization needs.

What’s the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Standard production lead time is 45–75 days from confirmed order, depending on the product and customization level. Ocean freight shipping adds 25–35 days to the US or 18–28 days to Australia and New Zealand. Total time from confirmed order to delivery is typically 10–15 weeks.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We work with individual buyers ordering a single unit as well as large operators ordering 20+ units. Volume pricing is available from 3+ units, and glamping cluster pricing (15% off) kicks in at 5+ units. Whether you need one backyard office or an entire glamping resort, we’re happy to provide a quote.

Can I see a unit before ordering?

We offer virtual factory tours via video call and can share extensive production photography and completed unit galleries. We also have reference customers in multiple markets who are open to site visits — contact us and we’ll facilitate introductions appropriate to your target market and product interest.

Do you offer dealer or reseller partnerships?

Yes. We work with glamping operators (cluster pricing from 5+ units), regional dealers and distributors (exclusive territory options available), and property developers (engineering documentation included). What certifications do your products have?

We are currently completing ANSI 119.5 / NOAH+ certification for our tiny homes on wheels (US market), with CSA Z240 (Canada) in application. Our Australian products come with NCC-compliant structural engineering support, and New Zealand orders include PS1 engineering documentation. We publish our certification status honestly and do not claim certifications we do not yet hold.
