You’re not talking to a sales department. Our founding team personally reviews every inquiry and responds with real recommendations — not generic PDFs. Our CEO is a former Amazon engineer and glamping operator; our co-founder has 15 years in modular construction.
We own the factory. There are no distributors, agents, or brokers between us. The price we quote is the factory price — 30–50% below comparable US-built or reseller-sourced products.

Standard production lead time is 45–75 days from confirmed order, depending on the product and customization level. Ocean freight shipping adds 25–35 days to the US or 18–28 days to Australia and New Zealand. Total time from confirmed order to delivery is typically 10–15 weeks.
No. We work with individual buyers ordering a single unit as well as large operators ordering 20+ units. Volume pricing is available from 3+ units, and glamping cluster pricing (15% off) kicks in at 5+ units. Whether you need one backyard office or an entire glamping resort, we’re happy to provide a quote.
We offer virtual factory tours via video call and can share extensive production photography and completed unit galleries. We are currently completing ANSI 119.5 / NOAH+ certification for our tiny homes on wheels (US market), with CSA Z240 (Canada) in application. Our Australian products come with NCC-compliant structural engineering support, and New Zealand orders include PS1 engineering documentation. We publish our certification status honestly and do not claim certifications we do not yet hold.
